Job Summary 

The Social Media Analyst is responsible for implementing social media strategies for clients. The Social Media Analyst can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns, specific to social media.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences
Should have sound knowledge for Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram & Google Plus.
Research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of clients’ social media strategy
Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with client goals and benchmarks
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Fresher or 6 Months to 1 year experience in social media marketing with demonstrated successes
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Good Writing Skills
Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms found on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest, Google Plus in particular
Experience working with popular social media monitoring tools (Google, Radian 6, Twitter Search, Social Mention, Traackr, etc) and popular social media management tools (TweetDeck, HootSuite, etc)

Job Summary 

A search engine optimization (SEO) analyst is responsible for ensuring that a business’ online content can be found and viewed by potential and current customers. This analyst is part of a marketing team and is an important part in the planning of the business’ marketing campaign. With their technical expertise, search engine optimization analysts are able to provide insight into search engine optimization and the user experience with digital content; they are able to relate this information to marketing managers to help shape the marketing campaign to be more successful

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities

  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
  • Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
  • Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
  • Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
  • Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
  • Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels

    Qualifications and Skills
    6 months to 1 year experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
  • Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)

    1 – 2 year experience in Email Marketing

Job Summary

Web content writers are expected to create work that is optimized for the Web pages.
Due to the digital nature of the work, Web content writers are often required to know basic design fundamentals and be familiar with Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties

Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
Proofread and edit blog posts
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
Update website content as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
Writing SEO off page content like Web Content, Articles, Blog, Press Release.
Excellent writing Skills and editing skills as per the International standards.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
Ability to meet deadlines.
Good Typing speed.
Sound Knowledge about writing skills for SEO.
BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
